Booking Confirmation

Booking date is only confirmed when invoice is paid in full.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price.

Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.

Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable.

Email Inquiries

AfroSpace team will respond 24-72 hours after any received email inquiries related to a confirmed booking.

Access & RSVPs

It is the guest’s responsibility to give their attendees access to the locked breezeway.

It is the guest’s responsibility to track their event RSVPs/ confirmed # of attendees in advance. No entry for additional guests.

Allowable Events

While we are happy to accommodate a wide range of events at AfroSpace, we do not permit events that involve fortune telling, crystal healing, or similar practices.

Alcohol is not allowed

Ages 15+ only

Additional Charges

Damage Assessment: The space will be inspected before and after your event. Any damage to the property, including but not limited to furniture, walls, floors, or equipment, will be assessed.

Notification of Damage: Renters must immediately notify venue management of any damage that occurs during the event. Failure to report damages may result in additional penalties or fees.

Repair/Replacement Costs: Renters are responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement of any damaged items. The costs will be determined based on the severity of the damage and the replacement value.

Additional Fees: Any additional fees, including but not limited to addtional cleaning, overtime usage, or damages, will be automatically charged to the original method of payment on file. You will be notified of the charges and provided with a breakdown.
